Sadly, Dave (rudi to us all on CaB) died in February 2013, whilst the album was still being completed.
When it came time for rudi's turn to make a track he didn't appear in the thread, so I gave him a call, luckily having his telephone number from the CaB meet we had in Regent's Park in 2010 (it's a recording of rudi's voice from that meeting which concludes my own, preceding, track to this one). Consequently he pm'd me in Sept 2012 with the following:
"Cheers for calling, I should have something for you after the weekend, it's just a case of letting some gear run till something odd happens............................... :-)"
About a fortnight later in October 2012 he delivered the track with:
"Here you go. Leave all pops and crackles in if poss please. :-)"
