Each project undertaken (there's now been 4) is open to any members of cookdandbombd who wants to join in; basically you have to present a track for the album and we make it a bit of a game, inasmuch as we set some simple rules for each project that have to be adhered to (or not). So far each album (apart from the 2013 Xmas one) has required that you get to hear the track before your one, and that's all. The only person who gets to hear the whole album is the one who compiles it. The day of release is the first time everyone gets to hear the completed project.

This time around we started from the centre track (volunteered by hummingofevil). The idea was, that the person following and preceding this track (names chosen out of a hat) would get to hear that track, as well as receiving separate stems and samples from the track that would be free to use (or not) as part of their own new track. When they were completed, more names would be drawn from the hat and the process repeated until the album was complete.

Any money collected via bandcamp goes toward the cookdandbombd website and keeping CaBRadio available. You are not obliged to pay a penny, though, so feel free to take a copy of each for the £0.00 option (you could always make a donation via the paypal button on Cook'd and Bomb'd at a later date if you feel like it).
